OdyKit is an online service for generating business plans, pitch decks, and brand guidelines using artificial intelligence. The data controller is the company behind OdyKit, reachable at: contact@odykit.com.

2. Data collected

We only collect the data necessary for the proper functioning of the service:

  • Account data: email address, name (if provided).
  • Project data: business type, location, capital, chosen style — to generate your documents.
  • Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe. OdyKit does not store any credit card numbers.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, via analytics cookies (with your consent).

3. Processing purposes

  • Provide and improve the document generation service.
  • Manage your account and payments.
  • Send you information related to your subscription (transactional only).
  • Analyze service usage to improve performance.

4. Data sharing

Your data is never sold. It may only be shared with:

  • Stripe (payment processing, PCI-DSS certified).
  • OpenRouter / AI providers (content generation, data transmitted without personal identifiers).
  • MongoDB Atlas (secure database hosting).

5. Data retention

Account data is kept as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is erased within 30 days. Payment data is kept for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations.

6. Your rights

In accordance with GDPR and applicable laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your personal data.
  • Right to rectification and erasure.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to object to processing.
